Choose your shipping destination below. A table appears with book prices and postage for one to five 164 and More books. If you are shipping to a country other than the United States, a drop-down list appears; choose your country.
Select the book count you want to purchase and click Place Order. You will be redirected to PayPal® to enter address and payment information. You can pay using a major credit/debit card. A PayPal account is NOT needed. If you are already a PayPal member, you can also pay from your PayPal account. But you don’t have to join PayPal in order to purchase 164 and More.
The "Postage” in the pricing table is the actual postage to mail the book(s) to your destination. The United States Postal Service (USPS) changes postal rates periodically, usually in January. The Postage column will show the current postage to your address.
Destinations outside the United States
Shipments outside the United States depend on delivery by the U.S. Postal Service. If the USPS will not ship the package to your country, your order will be promptly refunded. Orders for 1 or 2 books are shipped First-Class Package International Service (FCPIS). Orders for 3 to 5 books are shipped Priority Mail International (PMI).
For orders of 3 or more books, the postage is the same for 3, 4, or 5 books. Consider ordering books as gifts, or combining with others who also want the book.
